What we will do
- Assess your risk profile and give advice that suits it.
- Disclose our fees, conflicts and the basis of every recommendation in writing.
- Keep your information private and confidential.
- Treat every client fairly and resolve complaints within 21 days.
- Advertise fairly, without promises of returns or client testimonials.
What you should do
- Deal only with SEBI-registered advisers and check the number on the SEBI register.
- Pay fees only through banking channels, against a receipt.
- Never share your trading or demat login and password with any adviser.
- Do not act on any promise of assured or guaranteed returns.
- Ask questions until you understand the advice.

Email grievance@investaxindia.com or call +91 98890 38100. We acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 21 days.
SEBI SCORES
If you are not satisfied, lodge the complaint on scores.sebi.gov.in. It is first reviewed by BASL as the administration and supervisory body.
Online dispute resolution
If the matter is still unresolved, you can start conciliation or arbitration on the SMART ODR portal at smartodr.in.
