On every report

Disclosures you will always find

  • Who wrote it. Analyst name, registration and contact.
  • What they hold. Whether the analyst, the firm or associates hold the security, and any position over 1%.
  • Conflicts. Any compensation from the company, any business relationship, and whether the analyst served as an officer or director.
  • Price history. A chart of the share price with our earlier ratings marked.
  • Risk. A plain statement that research is not a guarantee of returns and that securities carry market risk.
